Social Worker Required In Cambridgeshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Social Worker to work in Cambridgeshire within an Adults Services team. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Social Worker with experience dealing with Adults and Older People.
For this Social Worker position, you will be required to have experience dealing with Adults with long-term conditions, specifically adults over 18+ with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities. You will be undertaking Community Care Assessments, care/support planning and dealing with complex issues such as Safeguarding.
